Has several minor flaws - a couple of tiny rust stains on the front, some light staining on the tie and a tiny spot on the patchwork where the is undone (see images). There is no tag size. We estimate it to fit a girls size 6X/7, age 6-7. Feels like a poly-cotton blend.
