Adorable vintage toddler girls 1970s light pink short puff sleeve smocked bodice fit and flare dress by Sears. Features a lace trim collar and hem, elastic sleeve cuffs, and buttons at the back. Has a minor fray in the lace at the hem, but is in otherwise good, pre-owned condition. Feels like a polyester blend. Tagged size 4, which we estimate to fit ages 3-4. See measurements for sizing.
