*Please note - we offer combined shipping costs to offer more cost effective shipping for orders of multiple items. Please contact us and we can give you an exact shipping quote.
We use both U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and a tracking number is provided. We charge the current domestic shipping rates.
International Shipping ‣
We do offer international shipping and can provide an exact shipping quote. Please contact us here.
Missing/Stolen Packages ‣
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please track your packages as to avoid theft. Shipping insurance may be provided if requested and paid for.
If you are placing an international order, please understand that standard shipping does not have insurance and can go missing. This does not apply to priority shipping. You will be provided tracking information, but we are not responsible for lost orders once in the possession of the U.S. Postal Service. Please also note that international orders are being delayed significantly due to the COVID pandemic.
Non-Deliverable Mail/Returned Mail ‣
If an order is returned due to an incorrectly provided address or forwarding address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the order will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping.
Item Conditions ‣
Please be aware that all of our items are pre-owned vintage. We strive to accurately list all condition issues/flaws.
Machine washable items are washed and stored in a smoke-free facility, however some items may have slight odors from years of storage, moth ball, etc. Please be mindful of this when purchasing vintage garments.
EU Orders
EU customers have 14 days to contact us about returning an item/s they purchased. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary and make take up to 30 business days. Tracking numbers are provided.
Orders may be subject to import taxes +/or customs. These fees are hard to predict and are paid for by the buyer.
